I'm a little sad this was the last First Fridays for the year. The kids really enjoy themselves, and I loved the fact that they blocked off Main Street to traffic so I didn't have to have a death grip on Von. He was free to walk without holding hands and he did really good.
The kids had lots of goodies this time. Kathy Thompson and another Rotary member were making cotton candy. They made Von a special small one .. thanks!
Josie on the left was working at the BPW cake auction (she babysat Nela too) and Ann on the right was enjoying the festivities with me and the kids.
There's Ann again taking a stroll with Von. If you'll notice in the top left a big squirrel was greeting people on the sidewalk. Ann got Von close, but then he started backing up. I guess he's not just scared of animals, but people dressed up like animals too.
I'm only able to put up five picks per blog entry. That stinks because I can never narrow the hundreds of shots I take down that much.

Mean, mean mommy! How could you take away the cotton candy? Haha! Maybe I'll try her crib, I don't know. A part of me doesn't want her sleeping in another room yet. Is that bad?
