Happy New Year Everyone

Happy New Year. To celebrate, Kujo and I watched the ball drop with Anderson Cooper and went to sleep shortly thereafter. Today we had traditional pork and kraut at mom and dad's house. Glad we're done with that for another year!

I thought Nela looked cute in the New Year hat.

She's also been feeding herself at meals using her hands. She does a pretty good job and even gets both hands going.

Car fun

I took advantage of being early to drop Von off to stay with his dad and took some pictures of the kids. I used the rearview mirror to help me position the camera.

Last of the Christmas pics

Here's the last batch of pics I have from Christmas. I just downloaded my camera and forgot about these ones. Enjoy!

Wedding pics by Josie

These were pictures of our wedding taken by Josie.

We did feed each other cake and we both kept it clean.

Here's dad giving a toast

And here we are drinking after a toast.

I'm planning to put more wedding pictures up after today's pork and kraut lunch at mom and dad's house for New Years.

Brayden's debut

So, they're not New Year's pictures, but these are photos by Brayden (except two) taken on his new digital camera he got for Christmas. I loved this first one, except I couldn't figure out how to get the datemark off.
The quality is not that great, but he has a blast. This was an adorable series of photos but this was the clearest. The next frame was her putting the ?food? into her mouth. It may have been whip cream from the pancakes at Bob Evans she was eating.

I think I took this one of mom. We forgot church started an hour early Sunday and we walked in at the very end. So we decided since we were out we'd go to breakfast.

I took this one too. This is the future Tribune photographer. At one time he was called the Junior Reporter, but he clearly has a thing for photography. I wonder where he gets that from.

I think this frame was actually from a video Brayden took. He's still learning the video mode, perhaps the Tribune's Multimedia Editor can give him a few lessons. But this was a nice picture of Kujo.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone. This has been a wonderful day so far for our family.

Even though I couldn't get a nice picture of all the kids together, I wasn't going to let that get me down.

We had breakfast at Aunt Barbs ... that's a tradition

Nela got an Elmo
Brayden was overall pretty happy with what Santa brought him.

And everyone loved Nela's toys

A Christmas Eve Visitor

Santa made a visit to Coshocton on Christmas Eve before delivering all his gifts to the good boys and girls.

The kids were so happy to see Santa and remind him of what they wanted one more time.

Brayden told Santa that his beard was soft.

Everyone got on Santa's lap ... here's cousin Wendy.

Yep, that's Uncle Larry

There were ones of Aunt Barb and Tammy that didn't turn out on my camera. If I track them down on someone else's camera I'll add them.

Merry Christmas
